Here are Ann’s answers to a few of our interview questions:

What qualities are required to do this job?

Understanding our clients, rather than just "knowing what they do" is crucial. The team here depend on each other to make the most of every day - we raise each other's game.

What are your greatest strengths?

Confidence - it gets me through the tougher times. I'm loyal - something I value in other people. Like many of my colleagues at Sponge NB, I'm always learning, even if it's sometimes by trial and error.

What are your greatest weaknesses?

I'm loud and sometimes the people on the desks nearest me (Hi Tara!) struggle to get a word in edgeways if I get carried away!

What are your favourite books?

Anything by James Patterson or John Grisham, though I'm currently enjoying a marketing book by David Meerman Scott.

What outside interests do you have that you can tell me a bit about?

Trampolining (yes, really) and hiking up the mountains in Scotland near my Mum's hotel.
