Here are Jo’s answers to a few of our interview questions:

What qualities are required to do this job?

Strong knowledge of the hidden corners of the web where the best data lives.You have to be interested in finding out about new sectors and understanding our clients’ ambitions to look for the best new prospects.

What are your greatest strengths?

I love learning new things and have always been interested in the world of marketing. I also like a laugh and am outgoing. On a serious note I love my family and have a little boy who I dote on!

What are your greatest weaknesses?

Chocolate and talking too much, but thankfully not at the same time.

What are your favourite books?

Marley & Me is a great book, but I tend to read more Thomas the Tank Engine now!

What outside interests do you have that you can tell me a bit about?

I'm an active runner, I completed a 30 mile event last year and have taken part in some charity runs this year as well.  Children's clubs also feature highly, which I really do enjoy!
