Here are Tara’s answers to a few of our interview questions:

What qualities are required to do this job?

An ability to listen is often more important than the ability to talk. Confidence and a personality that people will warm to are key too. I’m quite chatty and I think that helps!

What are your greatest strengths?

I’m an eager learner - new things of all kinds are my passion. People interest me too, which helps me to understand them and react professionally to their needs.

What are your greatest weaknesses?

I have to control my fiery Maltese temper!

What are your favourite books?

I like chick-lit, so PS, I Love You by Cecilia Ahern is a favourite. Soppy books.

What outside interests do you have that you can tell me a bit about?

Singing - I’m a singing teacher in my spare time. I’m also a dancer and actor in a local theatre group called Havering Music Makers. I play piano too. I’m a keen festival-goer - it feeds my love of music.
