Here are Simon’s answers to a few of our interview questions:

What qualities are required to do this job?
Patience, resilience and determination are three major qualities I think you have to have; being cheeky and intuitive can also help.

What are your greatest strengths?
I always seem to get on with people quite easily. I think that's why I am good at creating strong relationships with our clients.

What are your greatest weaknesses?
I hate it if I fail to meet a goal I set myself. If I set a target I must achieve it or I can become quite irritated and annoying.

What are your favourite books?
I loved Purple Cow by Seth Godin. It’s a book I’ve learned lots from.

What outside interests do you have that you can tell me a bit about?
Football, Football, Football. I help run and play in a men's 11-a-side team. I’m also an avid Leyton Orient fan. I have been learning the guitar for about five years now and I am still useless, but I'm sure I am close to mastering it and becoming the next Jimi Hendrix.
