Positioning
The third part of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning). Almost everybody treats it as a standalone thing. They create one positioning piece. Positioning is about understanding your target segments, then making your offering relevant and compelling for each. We can get this done with you.
Collateral
Your website, creds, pitch decks and showreels should all be prospect-focused. We’ll work with you to build a prospecting asset library. Imagine getting an info request and being able to respond fast with something relevant that you feel good about sending.
Messaging
Length of copy, what you say, timing, intervals. All things we know about. We’ll make your messaging juicier, with a longer tail. We’ll help you stay with your outbound activity.
Selling
Selling without being salesy. Removing the adversarial nature of f2f/phone conversations. Writing email copy that moves the conversation forward without reading like a sales leaflet.
Targeting
Who do you want to speak to? Why? Who else is speaking to them? How are you going to get in touch? When? What’s the plan if they ghost you? Let’s get into it.
Referrals
We have a method that we’ll teach you that will get you more referrals from your clients and ex-clients. It’s fun too. And you don’t need to incentivise your clients. They hate that.
